Refund and Returns Policy
ACCEPTANCE
You may refund/replace your item due to any of the following reasons:
1. Wrong product – The item/Model/SKU code does not match the order OR invoice
2. Defective – The product SKU arrived with damaged interiors, only noticeable after packaging has been opened
3. Non Refundable & Replaceable – We do not offer refunds for Customize item/Model/SKU code made. Any purchases made that have errors on our end are eligible for a rework.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Proof of purchase (invoice, order ID)
2. Reason for refund and replacement had to be valid and acceptance conditions met (check out below)
3. All refund and replacement request has to be submitted within 7 days upon goods received
4. Laserlink Enterprise Sdn. Bhd will take action and decide on the refund and replacement as requested
TO SUBMIT A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
1. Contact our customer service Whatsapp or email
2. Provide photo evidence and invoice number where applicable
REFUND COLLECTION & REPLACEMENT DELIVERY
Once a refund or replacement request has been accepted and processed
Refund: Our customer service will inform the date & time for the delivery personnel to pick up the return items.
Replacement: The replacement goods will be delivered to your shipping address together with your next purchase.
Shipping Costs for returning item, buyers will be fully responsible to arrange & pay the shipping cost.
